Talented designer with proven, diverse experience in commercial, residential and interior design projects to work within a creative environment on multi dimensional projects. Candidate reports to principle architect and charged with advanced development of preliminary design concepts, detailing, documentation up to tender, project management and coordination with the design team. Duties also include the development of design concepts /proposal of architectural consultants and liaising with government officials. Candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor degree in Architecture, solid sketching and electronic visual presentation skills-including graphic design, and more than 7 years of varied architectural and design experience partially honed in the Gulf region.
