Are you an education expert that is passionate about reforming Arabic language teaching and learning materials for schools?


We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.


We are seeking an Arabic Publishing Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality Arabic educational materials for a wide range of clients, including Ministries of Education in the MENA region. This is a key role in supporting education transformation services, managing the publishing process, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to top quality standards.


About the Role


As Arabic Publishing Manager, you will:


Lead Arabic content creation from start to finish, working with authors, editors, and suppliers.
  • Review all materials to ensure that they meet Cambridge quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Cambridge project management team to deliver projects on time and budget and mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure the curriculum, publishing, professional development, and assessment elements of the programme are aligned.
  • Play a pivotal role in client workshops and training to ensure successful review processes.

About You


You will:

Be an Arabic native speaker with a strong command of Modern Standard Arabic.
  • Have a proven background in education, particularly K-12.
  • Come from a teaching background, preferably in Arabic as a first or foreign/second language.
  • Demonstrate publishing experience for K-12.
  • Communicate skillfully with the ability to establish engaging relationships with stakeholders across the education sector.
  • Be detail oriented, analytical and proficient in managing complex projects. Capable of effectively balancing multiple priorities.
  • Possess knowledge about the MENA education landscape and have experience working with government clients.
  • Show initiative and strategic capability in your approach to identifying opportunities and solutions.
