1. Must be a graduate of a very famous Fashion Institute (specialization: Fashion Design)
2. Minimum experience of 10 years in Haute Couture (Bridal & Evening Dresses)
3. Preferably owned his own Bridal Boutique in the past
4. Ability to direct and manage the production department of (15 tailors, 2 pattern makers, 25 embroiderers and 3 junior designers)
5. Excellent leader and decision maker
6. Ability to take quick action
7. Make sure dresses are completed on time and customer satisfied
8. Excellent communication in English
9. Ability to work with a multicultural working environment
10. Ability to create beautiful and unique designs/sketches for the VIP Customers
11. Ensuring dresses are flawless and perfect
12. Must increase the monthly production of dresses collection
