Job Description

1. Supports the Human Resource and Administration Manager in the effective and efficient implementation of the Recruitment activities.
2. Manages all aspects of recruitment including preparation of job advertisement, developing job description and selecting applicants.
3. Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
4. Ensures an active and organized data bank of applicants for various position.
5. Recommends qualified applicants and summarize CVs for easy evaluation by the departmental heads.
6. Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions with relevant departments; including managing attraction campaigns and candidate sourcing, short listing candidates and offer negotiations.
7. Seek out and manage accredited Recruitment Supplier; and ensure they deliver a consistent quality & cost efficient service to the business.
8. Ensures all section and department managers receive weekly updates and progress reports of recruitment activities and progress on targets.
9. Develop and establish innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies and techniques to attract the best candidates in the workforce.
10. Supports Department Managers by understanding their recruitment needs and ensures that these are delivered.
11. Generates recruitment related reports.
12. Check and ensures the completion of all necessary documents for new employee’s (i.e. collection of documentation for visa applications/ contracts/ etc.).
13. Check and maintain files and records on an ongoing basis.
14. Relay candidate feedback and respond to recruitment agency inquiries on application status.
15. Liaise with Public Relations on visa process and track progress.
16. Supports the Training Officer with the company orientation of newly hires employees.
17. Reviews existing recruitment process and make recommendations for improvement.
