Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead QA/QC Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control procedures in compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA/QC activities across civil projects.
- Prepare and review QA/QC documentation including ITPs, method statements, and material submittals.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding quality issues.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of quality-related activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in civil contracting companies (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
