Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our database and leads
- Promote residential and commercial properties across Dubai
- Set appointments for property viewings with our sales team
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain an updated CRM and track all call activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate background is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic and Hindi are a plus)
- Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
