Job Description

Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, playing a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting rooms
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Coordinate with internal departments as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in a receptionist or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email systems)
