About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and formalities, including employee visa processing, labour and immigration requirements, and company license renewals. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations while supporting HR and Administration functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all activities related to employee visas, including applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Coordinate the processing of Emirates IDs, medical tests, insurance, and labour cards.
• Liaise effectively with government entities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other relevant authorities.
• Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of trade licenses, establishment cards, and other company documents.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all government transactions and documentation.
• Draft and submit official letters, applications, and company documentation as required.
• Stay up to date with changes in UAE labor and immigration laws to ensure company compliance.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with government departments and external agencies.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years UAE PRO experience (industrial preferred [Abu Dhabi port -KEZAD]).
• Proficient in MS Office & government portals.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws & immigration procedures.
• Excellent Arabic & English communication.
• Strong organization & time management.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• High confidentiality handling.
