Handling the position of "Maintenance Foreman" for any of the following fields:
1. Landscaping (Soft & Hard Landscape Plants, Trees, Landscape Lighting, etc. should be kept in good condition including maintenance of control panel & electrical system)
2. Water Features (Swimming Pool, Fountains, Man-made Lagoons/Lakes, etc. should be kept clean with good working pumps, filter, heater if applicable, under water lights, control panel & electrical system)
3. Irrigation (Maintenance of complete field irrigation system such as sprayer, sprinklers, etc. including the pump station and water tanks, control panel & electrical system.)
He will directly report to Maintenance Supervisor.
He will supervise Charge Hand and Labourers to ensure execution of reactive/corrective and preventive maintenance services
Subordinates are working in accordance to project schedules and plans to fulfill the contractual requirements with the client and industry standards.
Ensure projects requirements for materials, equipment, machinery, drawings if applicable, labor, etc. so that they are met within budget and in a timely manner in order to avoid any undue delays and costs to the project.
Candidate must have relevant Gulf Experience.
