Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Engineer to lead anchor and fixing system sales in Jeddah and the Western Region of KSA.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of anchoring systems, structural fixings, and construction applications, along with an established network within contractors, consultants, and developers in Jeddah.
This role requires a strategic sales approach, project tracking expertise, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of mechanical and chemical anchors, fasteners, and fixing systems in Jeddah region
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, MEP companies, and civil contractors
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and closing opportunities
- Track upcoming projects and ensure product approvals
- Promote products to consultants and secure specification inclusion
- Support submittals and technical documentation for approvals
- Coordinate with project teams during execution stage
- Provide on-site technical support and product training
- Recommend suitable anchoring solutions based on load requirements and applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Western Region
- Maintain regular visits to contractors and consultants
- Represent the company in industry events and meetings
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering
- 5–8+ years of sales experience in anchors, fixing systems, or construction materials in KSA
- Strong knowledge of Jeddah and Western Region construction market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience dealing with consultants and major contractors
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory)
- Arabic & English fluency preferred
