Responsible for day to day running spa reception and managing reception staff. Fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage, outgoing personality, strong leadership skills and maintaining high customer service standards. Head Receptionist is responsible for maximizing daily bookings, responsible for daily cash transactions and reports, attending clients, phone calls, managing available staff timings and ensuring clients satisfaction upon arrival and check out.
Previous spa/salon experience would be an advantage.
