Our Client,Estambril S.A develops solutions to protect people who carry out high-risk jobs.Fire, deflagration, cuts and thermal stress are some of the most important hazards that fire-fighters, policemen, soldiers, electric energy professionals and petrochemical workers have to come face to face with.The Estambril Group is working hard to understand better the needs of these sectors and to continuously develop innovative solutions.

They are looking to hire services of Sales Agent/Area Manager.

Job Description:

The candidate should have strong experience and ability in the industrial business sector:
- To work effectively in a high pressure environment with multiple complex projects and tight deadlines.
- Very good interpersonal and communications skills with maturity and professionalism being comfortable dealing with senior individuals
- Top-level client management experience
- Sells experience and demonstrated capacity to generate new business (employing the imagination to generate new ideas, alternatives and solutions to meet the customer's requirements).
- Ambitious (high desire to win in competitive situations) and self-motivation
- International experience; sensitive to cultural differentiation
- Strong work ethic/integrity
- High level of persuasiveness, persistence and diligence
The role will focus to maintain and increase actual sales (existing clients) and develop new business opportunities.
The main responsibilities:
- Manage customers relationships (in your influence areas) monitoring distributors and partners through meetings, seminars, exhibitions, etc
- Promotional activities to increase the sales level
- Meet customer needs - interact with departments to address customer concerns and issues, propose corrective action and monitor competitor products and activities.
