Job Description

- Design and deliver training programs.

- Conduct surveys, evaluations and assessments on existing programs and on training needs, and gather feedback and recommend necessary changes to course content.

- Coordinate with management and HR as necessary to facilitate training engagements.

- Provide regular updates to customers in relation to new and upcoming programs.

- Take ownership of issues relevant to training programs and events, and manage them through final resolution.
