Job Description

They execute many functions in various enterprises which includes:-

1. Assisting executives in the maintenance of directory.
2. Upholding logistics.
3. Assist workers in maintaining stock and storage.
4. Submit invoices & manage the sources of suppliers.
5. Make arrangements for interviews and events.
6. Schedule official meetings and take the minutes of the meeting.
7. Distribute the meetings minutes to all the required staff.
8. Evaluate and modify reports accordingly for the board.
9. Arrange for lunch or refreshments during conferences and high end meetings.
10. Ensure efficient and useful operations.
11. Coordinate between various depts. & units to resolve any administrative issues.
12. Approach their senior Administrative officer if in need of anything or noticed any discrepancy.
13. Prepare reports, correspondence and other material.
14. Send important faxes, mails or letters.
15. Receive couriers, packages and mails.
16. Maintain business related material, confidential records and important office files.
17. Place an order for food for the staff members and receive it.
18. Arrange for replacement of an office equipment, if need be.
19. Help the executives I the preparation of companies policies and procedures.
20. Receive and evaluate the materials.
21. Maintain record for the materials received.
