Job Description

Common work activities include:-

1. Maintaining and testing existing telecommunication systems.
2. Installing new telecommunication systems including internet, phones, fax, radios or other communication systems within a facility.
3. Troubleshooting problems or glitches in the system. Being able to creatively work with supplies on hand to at least get minimal use of the system until replacement parts can arrive.
4. Maintaining an inventory of parts needed to replace or repair the system. Knowing where to go to get replacement parts as quickly as possible.
5. Completing all paperwork regarding repairs and maintenance as required
