AutoCAD Designer Job Description:-
An AutoCAD designer works directly with engineering teams, and takes direction to generate two- and three-dimensional models and drawings using AutoCAD software. They create original drawings from hand sketches, and design specifications from concept to completion.
To ensure accuracy and compliance of organizational standards, AutoCAD designers will report to design engineers, and the design engineers will approve designs by the AutoCAD designer, or improve on designs by adding or changing original concepts of the AutoCAD designer.
AutoCAD designers will also work in a team environment of drafters, designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and best practices of the designed product or concept for the organization.
