Job Description



1. Supervise employees ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service in the kitchen are maintained on a daily basis.
2. Communicate with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
3. Adhere to all Zahr El Laymoun kitchen requirements.
4. Manage Ordering Process.
5. Ensure correct rotation of foodstuffs.
6. Inspect received products and maintain the highest level of hygiene.
7. Ensure good maintenance of kitchen equipment.
8. Controlling the pass that all orders are completed quickly, correctly and according to menu specifications.
9. Ensuring that the kitchen sections are adequately prepared for each service, assisting where required.
10. Making sure that the kitchen and its areas are consistently clean and hygienic to the standards required by the Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities of the UAE.
11. Assisting in the preparation and service of any new menu and specials.
12. Food cost Management and Budgeting.
