Architect (design coordinator):-
To distribute design data information effectively internally (office/site) and externally (client , contractors ,consultants ,agencies etc.) to relevant departments as per project information flow scheme
To set clear lines of scope of works for design and construction
Developing, preparing, analyzing and reviewing budgets and other financial reports.
Keeping with financial budgets and deadlines
Attending, hosting or coordinating department meetings
- To document and record all drawing data.
- To produce shop drawing for site.
- To produce as-built drawings with relevant other teams.
- To quantity survey required project aspects.
- To prepare basic tender package for suppliers/subcontractors.
- To guide draftsman.
- To guide survey team.
