Job summary: To achieve retail sales targets


Duties in detail:
1. To work closely with the Retail Manager to achieve aggressive sales targets
2. To build excellent customer relationships and win regular repeat sales
3. To develop quickly an in depth knowledge of the entire Amouage product portfolio
4. To provide excellent, knowledgeable customer service
5. To maintain luxury brand standards in the shops at all times
6. To assist in cleaning duties as required
7. To provide customers with refreshment as required
8. To develop strong relationships with retail colleagues
9. To monitor competitor activity constantly and report developments regularly to the Retail Manager
10. To maintain excellent standards of dress and personal cleanliness at all times
11. To attend such training courses as the company may decide upon from time to time
12. To be an Ambassador for the brand
13. To perform such other duties as maybe required from time to time
