Import coordinators may have to manage the traffic department and traffic coordinators. They must spot export compliance risks and come up with risk assessment measures.
Import coordinators must be up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt appropriately. They are responsible for reducing costs as well, and they negotiate freight rates. Import/export coordinators are also responsible for warehouse inventory.
