• Understanding Customer needs and to promote our Water Treatment range products and services to the clients.
• Adequate Knowledge about the Chemical Plant and Process especially utilities
• Knowledge about Boiler and its type
• Knowledge about Cooling Tower and its type
• Complete knowledge about the testing parameter identification related to Water Treatment
• Should aware about the day-to-day operation of the sites’ surface water treatment plant which includes performing process control sample collection, sample analysis, and modifying chemical and physical parameters in order to adjust the treatment process.
• Ready for Rotating schedule which includes day, evening, midnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Having the responsibility for operating the plant (Water Treatment only) alone or in a control command perspective on a regular basis
• Exploring related business opportunities by frequent customer contact
• Pro-active pursuit of these leads in order to increase market share
• Customer follow-up from generating enquiry to the delivery and the collection of the payment.
• Technical and commercial presentations and clarifications to customers;
• Internal coordination with the sales support and the management team
• Internal documentation and database administration related to the sales process in co-ordination with requirements
