In case of goods having expired, move them to a specifically designated area and discuss with Line Manager for appropriate disposal. · Prepare and maintain stock inventories for various goods and materials in the store and submit daily stock report to the Line Manager. · Ensure cleanliness of store and comply with food safety and hygiene standards all the time. Make sure that anyone who enter stores follow food safety rules and wear necessary gear such as gloves, head net, shoe cover, etc. Use appropriate clothing while working in freezers. Use right tools and equipment to handle bulk packaging for safety. Ensure that adequate fire extinguishers are available and maintained. · Ensure to have regular treatment done for pest control etc. · Receive store requisitions from palaces (Executive Chefs, Housekeeping Supervisors) and issue goods as requested. Implementing remedial action to recover any slippages in fabrication schedules. Ensuring that all Safety and Quality standards set by Management are understood and effectively transmitted to the workforce and followed. Continuously monitoring the situation to ensure conformance to the agreed requirements. Ensuring all training and career development needs are established and met for fabrication personnel. Developing the assigned annual operating budget, monitoring budgeted performance to ensure adherence to budget, identifying variances, and implementing cost reduction strategies when required. Supporting and enforcing the Compliance/Ethics program as described in the Corporate Code of Business Conduct. High standard of safe working practice, quality, and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conduct. Provide Bid Support as required. Client relations at the site. Mobilization Support for all the sites located Onshore and Offshore. Coordinate with Project Management Team as and when required.

Client Relationship Executive - Insurance

JOB PURPOSE To assist the Head - CR & BD in establishing and monitoring the Client Relations & Business Development functions; putting in perspective both the technical & the commercial aspects of the role. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Assist the Head – CR & BD in developing the general policies and standards of Client Relations and thereof ensuring strict adherence. Follow-up on client complaints, pertaining to all operational activities. In case complaints are not properly resolved within the agreed time frames, an escalation to the next hierarchical level is required. Resolve the day-to-day queries raised by the clients and provide them support for routine issues and any special requests regarding contracts, TPA fees, reports, networks, data etc. This task could be operationally delegated to an account executive but is subject to continuous monitoring and supervision by the senior executive. Monitor the Key Performance Indicators for each assigned clients as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Any deviation is to be reported to the next hierarchical level. Support the production department (policy set-up) in case of a special request or clarifications in terms of deviations. Work as a key accounts executive for the designated clients of the company. Visit clients; conduct presentations for their insured groups (mainly Technical-Data Support). Attend monthly techno-commercial meetings with the payers to resolve any issues pertaining to the relevant departments & consequent data-facts reporting as per Payer or NHS required template. Work on prospecting new business, resolve commercial issues and RFPs. Liaise with IT/Analytics departments for any new development or implementation of new module/reporting tool affecting the Payers. Treasury Analyst

This role will be based in UAE and will be responsible to coordinate, manage and report all treasury activities for Group. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in treasury, understanding of various type of credit facilities and working knowledge of FX hedging and hedge accounting. This role will also be heavily geared towards coordinating with Corporate Treasury for various reporting need hence candidate must have proficient excel skill and be able to prepare presentations as required. The Treasury Analyst will be responsible for: Coordinating with group entities to obtain CF and FX forecast and consolidate the same. Managing ICO loans ensuring all ICO loans are correctly recorded in the TMS in term of tenor, repayment schedule and pricing. Managing bank accounts across group, optimizing number of accounts, maintaining, and updating bank signatories. Coordinate and assist operating companies to sort out any issues with banking partners. Developing and maintaining Bank Score card to analyze the distribution of banking business among the relationship banks. Manage all working capital facility utilization from utilization request to payment of loan, keep accurate utilization and repayment schedule records. Familiarity with hedge documentation, hedge accounting and effectiveness testing. Perform month-end treasury activities including Bank Reconciliation, reconciliation of facility utilization with Bank, interest accrual both for bank-debt and ICO loans. Review and analyze treasury GL accounts to ensure that all exposures are recorded correctly and monitor the trend. Develop processes and procedures across treasury work streams.
