Must be able to provide adequate information and offer solutions where necessary. Follow up on leads whilst providing ongoing guidance and advice Provide clear information on all programs we offer, and countries we provide visa/immigration services to. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Meet targets and close contracts with clients. Drive improvement and efficiencies within the company and identify opportunities to meet the increasing needs of the company. Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. Skills The ideal candidate must have: Prior experience in sales, negotiation, consulting, collections Proven ability in sales conversion. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers. Must be a team player. Must be able to handle clients over the phone and in person. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to communicate fluently in English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Nepalese.
