    Associate Analyst, Sales Service Delivery

    Position will encompass approval or rejection of new/existing/increase credit requests based on information available through credit reporting agencies, client financial information and/or direct information supplied by clients. Assignment of credit limits for new debtors with exposure up to $100,000 within established Financial Services Credit Matrix guidelines. Responsible for increasing credit limits for existing debtors, assign credit limits for prospective clients, update and research required information for the decision making process, research past due accounts and contact customer based on Finance Guidelines. Position will include a variety of reporting to Sales Management as directed by DAC Finance Manager or Director, and will also require direct communications with partner finance personnel.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Properly manage time in processing credit applications and purchase orders.
  • Resolve credit and order issues to expedite credit release in a timely fashion, managing toward SLA requirements.
  • Properly maintain daily spreadsheet of application activity. Ensure all credit activity is properly documented on the credit matrix and in SAP. Assist in report activity primarily to the Sales Managers regarding order status.
  • Ensure adequate and precise communication to sales floor, as well as manager and client Finance when applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
