We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to oversee sales and service activities across Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering strong relationships with distributors, and developing strategies to expand market presence in the region.

This is an autonomous position requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively liaise with distributors on various issues and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on growth potential.
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to build a robust sales pipeline across the regions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, clients, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing necessary support.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance to optimize sales and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Analyse sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Power Generation industry or related sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong market knowledge of the region.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel a high percentage within the region as required.
