Recruiting Team Lead positions available in the following regions:

Asia Pacific (Singapore or Kuala Lumpur)
Middle East (Dubai)
Subsahara Africa (Cape Town)
Europe (London or Paris)

The University Team Leader manages the activities of a small group of internal university recruiters in a specific geographic area. This individual will demonstrate strong project management and consultative skills while partnering with key stakeholders including: Hiring Mangers, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team members to deliver on a variety of recruitment assignments. This individual is responsible for the delivery of the Areas overall recruitment plan while managing the full recruiting life-cycle for their own assigned requisitions.

Responsibilities
Team Management Activities
Guide recruiters in selecting and implementing appropriate and effective sourcing strategies/channels;
Assign requisitions and manages recruiting workload for geographic area
Work with Talent Acquisition COE to identify and hire/engage additional recruiters or recruiting resourceswhen necessary; Coach recruiters and HR team members on recruitment best practices and strategies;
Manage recruiters via performance-based goals;

Talent Acquisition COE Champion
Communicate and support Talent Acquisition COE processes and procedures within the area. Ensure that recruiting activities are aligned with Talent Acquisition COE directions and guidelines;
Manage change to ensure recruiters, Human Resources and Leadership clearly understand the value of the change taking place;
Identify and share best practices with Talent Acquisition COE and other Team Leaders. Provide support for any Talent Acquisition activities within area (University recruiting, negotiations, etc.);
Identify any knowledge or service gaps within area and work with Talent Acquisition COE to resolve. Provide feedback to Talent Acquisition COE on effectiveness of tools that are developed; and
Prevent divergence from Baker Hughes' policy and procedures. Ensure that compliance needs are fully met. Validate that no local activities violate compliance requirements.
Provide support to other areas upon request.

Active Recruiting
Manage the entire life-cycle of the recruiting process for own assigned requisitions;
Manage and update reports and metrics for area;
Ensure that recruiters within area are utilizing approved vendors and the appropriate tools and processes;
Act as a liaison and project manager with approved third-party agencies, vendors and partners who provide additional recruiting-related services to the organization;
Serves as point-person for Area HR Director/Managers on all recruitment issues
Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is the primary system to facilitate recruitment activities across the area.
Pipeline Recruiting
Work closely with Area Leadership Team to understand key business issues that may have a direct impact on staffing and recruitment planning;
Adapt and update staffing plan as required; and
Implement Strategic Staffing initiatives and projects within the geographic area to ensure an ongoing pipeline of skilled talent is maintained.
