Planning the work in technical department for Projects

Scheduling work to draftsman and maintaining proper documentation of projects in server.

Checking the Formwork drawings and TCMI of the draftsman

Preparing rental and sales offer sheet

Coordinating to Clients, site personnel, logistics sales for all queries

  • Maintain equipment, supplies, materials, & deadlines throughout the project.
  • Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  • Set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements).
  • Capable of assessing welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.
  • Capable of making sure the welded surface is grinded perfectly and the welded portion will not affect the roll forming areas.
  • Capable of setting up components for welding according to the specifications.

Job qualifications/requirements

  • 2 – 2 ½ years of proven experience working as an Arc welding technician in any GCC country.
  • Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
  • Experience in using electrical or manual tools (e.g. saws, squares, calipers etc.).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (e.g. face-shield, gloves etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities

· Must have a work experience in CRM system and other portals

· Responsible for sales and leasing availability list and prices, updating the listings on CRM, portals and database accordingly.

· Publish and Promote Property listing on various online channels such as (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and refreshing twice a day

· Responsible for updating all listings on the CRM and portals with the correct information and prices and to ensure that the quality score of all listings are always 100%

· To ensure that all listings and data are entered accurately on the CRM; coordinates with the Marketing Department accordingly for requirements related to campaigns.

· Consult & coordinate with the Marketing Team for all property photos and access requirements; to upload all property photos from Owners/Landlords and marketing photo shoots and organize the property details which include photo, floor plan, title deed and ID

· Must be proficient in MS Office especially excel sheet, word etc.

· Should be flexible, be able to multi-task and adapt to ever changing business needs
