Our website and services (comprising of both www.jobsindubai.com and our unique social networking tool CONNECT) are exclusively intended for two categories of users: (a) Job Seekers, i.e., individuals who are looking for job opportunities or other career enhancement services provided by the Company, and (b) Recruiters, i.e., individuals or organizations who want to share information about job vacancies, including agencies acting for multiple employers. “Members” refers to Users who have paid the annual membership fee stated in S.3.1 below, whereas "Users" refers to both Job Seekers and Recruiters collectively.

Global Hiring LLC’s websites are intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.

Our top priority is the safety and satisfaction of our Users. To ensure this, we have established terms and obligations that govern our relationship with you. These terms cover the delivery of our services and any communication, whether through our website, telephone, email, or our unique social networking tool, CONNECT.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Consent:

You must agree to our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") to use our website and services. We may change these terms at any time, and by continuing to use our service, you agree to the updated Terms. 2.1 Accessing our Website and Services means you agree to be bound by the Associated Agreements without modification. When you access and use our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Associated Agreements. If you disagree with the terms of this Agreement and the Associated Agreements, you are not allowed to use our website or services. In such a case, you must leave the website and stop using it immediately.

2.2 Confirmation of Legal Age: By using our Website and Services and entering into this agreement, you confirm that you are an adult of legal age in the applicable jurisdiction and understand and accept this agreement.

2.3 Consent To Privacy Policy: By accepting and agreeing to this agreement, you also consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of data we collect from you and your devices, how we use your data, and the legal bases we have to process your data.

2.4 Modification: We may modify this Agreement and the Associated Agreements at any time, and if we do, we will update the modified Terms or Agreement(s) on our website. If you continue to use our Website, Products and Services, you are bound by the modified Terms or Agreement(s). If you disagree to be bound by the modified Terms or Agreement(s), you may not use our Website, Products and Services. By using our Website, Products and Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you submit is correct.

New products or offers are subject to the posted agreement at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for any issues with website use or product acquisition.

2.5 Termination for Breach: You agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to our Website and Services if you breach this Agreement and the Associated Agreements. You agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right to remove any information or content related to our website without prior notice. Also, We reserve the right to report the incident/ misuse to relevant authorities and/or initiate legal proceedings.

You agree that we will not be held liable to you or any other person in case of any suspension or termination." If you are unsatisfied with our website or any of the terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines, or practices we use to operate our website, you can discontinue using our website.

3. Membership Fees, Delivery of Service(s) and Refunds:

3.1 Membership: We charge an annual membership fee of USD $99 (US dollars) for a one-year membership. (UAE Nationals pay No Fee).

Please note that our services require full payment in advance, and refunds are at the sole discretion of Global Hiring LLC.

3.2 Delivery of Service: Members will receive a registration number within seven business days of paying the annual membership fee. This registration number allows members to access our website's "Candidates " section, and members can also obtain this file number by emailing us at accepted@jobsindubai.com.

Global Hiring LLC is responsible for granting portal access during the subscription period. Any usage or consumption mentioned is only for reference and does not create additional obligations. Our subscription/usage agreements and service delivery do not provide exclusive service to any user.

We are not liable for any of our free services and reserve the right to modify or change any disclaimers or terms of agreements without prior notice. Regardless of whether We specifically mentioned or not disclaimers or terms are s, they are considered included regardless of whether or not they are specifically mentioned.

3.3 Refunds Payments for the services offered by Global Hiring LLC shall be on a 100% advance basis. We charge a flat membership fee to maintain our website and provide you with the services. All services require full payment in advance, and refunds will be at the sole discretion of Global Hiring LLC. Global Hiring LLC offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts. While we make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of our servers and applications, interruptions may occur, and we cannot guarantee their absence. In any event, our liability to you is limited to a refund of the amount paid. Global Hiring LLC reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.

Unless otherwise specified and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, by whatever name called, the performance obligation of Global Hiring LLC (service provider) is to provide access of its on-line portal to the customer for the duration of the subscription period & reference to any usage, by whatever name called or any other performance obligation, if any, is to provide the upper limit for consumption, which by itself, does not create any additional performance obligation upon Global Hiring LLC.

Subscriber/user acknowledges and agrees that Global Hiring LLC/jobsindubai.com, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies that it may have under the applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user against any amount(s) payable by Subscriber/user to Global Hiring LLC under any other agreement or commercial relationship towards other products/services.

We further reserve our right to post the data on the website jobsindubai.com or on such other affiliated sites and publications as Global Hiring LLC may deem fit and proper at no extra cost to the subscriber / user.

The subscription / agreement between Global Hiring LLC and the subscriber / user is not a "non-poach agreement" nor can the same be termed or used as an alternative to "non-poach agreement" in as much as Global Hiring LLC “Jobs in Dubai” is a public site and all information posted by Global Hiring LLC goes to the public domain except information / data which is specifically assigned a non-public / private character.

Any agreement for a subscription / usage entered into by Global Hiring LLC does not confer exclusivity of service on any subscriber / user.

Global Hiring LLC does not and cannot promise or guarantee anyone a job, and We will not be party to any legal proceedings between a user (e.g. a subscriber) and a party contracted through the site. In case Global Hiring LLC is implicated in any legal proceedings, costs will be recovered from the party that names Global Hiring LLC. Global Hiring LLC however will abide with any court order served on it through due process. Global Hiring LLC makes no representation that the materials on its website are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Website from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including but not limited to the export and import regulations of other countries.

4.1 In these Terms:

"Associated Agreements" means Jobs in Dubai’s website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy (and any other rules, policies, or additional agreements or documents that we may publish from time to time which are incorporated into this agreement) and are between You (“Client” “you” or “your”) and Global Hiring LLC (“JobsInDubai,” “we,” “our” and “us”).

"Members" means Jobs in Dubai’s Users who have signed up for membership and have a file number.

"Party," "Parties," " Users," or "You" refers to the person/people/business entity using our website or our unique social networking tool, CONNECT, and may be members or are requesting services under these Terms.

“Global Hiring LLC,““Jobs In Dubai,” "We," "Our," "Our Company," or "Us" refers to Global Hiring LLC dba Jobs In Dubai, based at 7901 4th ST N, Suite #13049, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702, USA.

Please note that the terminology and words used in this document may be in singular or plural form or capitalized or include “Us,” "and/or," "he/she," or "they." These terms can be used interchangeably as needed.

USA and international legislation protects the site under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This agreement does not restrict our rights to relief; nothing affects our legal rights to legal relief (such as restraining orders, damages or injunctions and the like) if your misuse of our website or services causes or is likely to cause any loss or harm to our revenue, reputation, or customer base.
