Who you are:
Overall experience of 10+ years, along with 2+ years of manager experience, preferable in technical support at Enterprise level.
Demonstrated ability to track and supervise key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction Scores, Resolution Times, and Service Level Agreements, using these metrics to drive continuous improvement.
A Data Driven approach to Decision Making in driving Team and Operations

Responsible for all fixed assets management, scrutinizing fixed assets inventory, monitor the movement of fixed assets and update the inventory, responsible for FA inventory and GL reconciliation, responsible for capitalization, disposal and assets write off from the books. Run depreciation process on monthly basis.
1.0.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· To capitalize the FA as per general accounting practices.
· Responsible to verify the FA inventory by physical checking of all departments.
· Coordinate with warehouse for the data entry of the FA invoices in the FA inventory and
AP to enter in the GL.
· Responsible for full fixed assets management cycle including data entry, matching, review

Reconciliation.
· Responsible for temporary transfer in case to staff vacation and permanent transfer due to

· Responsible to process the depreciation at the end of every month and update GL section for
