Consulting Director, Reactive Services is a senior-level consulting position. The individual will provide expert-level guidance on all areas of cybersecurity and data breach response to Unit 42 clients across a wide array of industries, geographies, and organizational structures. They will be the client’s advocate for cybersecurity and will provide strategic and technical leadership in this area.

Planning Manager - Civil

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Manager. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of civil engineering projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and timelines for civil engineering projects, considering factors such as resource availability, budget constraints, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather project data, assess project requirements, and develop comprehensive project schedules.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules and milestones, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Utilize project management software and tools to create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and generate reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment required for project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project schedules, milestones, and any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve planning processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in same role
  • Immediately joiners are preferred
  • Previous experience in Contracting company is a must
