Responsibilities:
  • Analysis/interrogation of key balance sheet & P&L accounts, with preparation and posting of any associated journals
  • Support with month end processes, including the preparation & posting of journals along with preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparation and posting of payroll journals
  • Preparation of financial statements for legal entities in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Liaising and interacting with external auditors pursuant to the timely completion of statutory audits carried out on legal entities
  • Ensuring timely submission of financial/non-financial information to local authorities in Middle East.
  • Assistance with preparation of tax returns and associated accounting workflows, including processing of payment and balance sheet reconciliation of related accounts
  • Assistance with preparation of VAT returns and associated accounting workflows, including processing of payment and balance sheet reconciliation of related accounts
  • Support the Ireland & Middle East Controller with merger, acquisition & disposal projects and legal entity restructuring projects impacting the region
  • To support on process improvement projects, identifying and implementing best practice processes across the region

What We're Looking For: An individual with a high attention to detail, who is well organized. Someone with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. You will have a strong desire to exceed expectations and are a real team player with an innate desire to contribute to change. You consider yourself systems savvy and have worked with Oracle, Alteryx, Tableau and understand the FinTech industry (or wish to).
  • 5-7 years experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in Public Accounting, including a thorough understanding of IFRS and accounting standards generally accepted in the United States (US GAAP)
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate globally at various levels across the company.
  • Ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proactive approach with the ability to challenge the status quo and to contribute towards delivery of the team strategic objectives

Shift Leader

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure that all safety, quality and productivity aspects of the plant are met during your work shift.
  • Continuously monitor the quality of the product produced, both in quality properties and its physical appearance, taking immediate corrective actions if any deviation is found.
  • Check that the packaging quality is visually adequate and according to specifications.
  • Support and promote compliance with the policies established by the company, its team and the organization in general.
  • Ensure that the line is operating according to established product specifications, routinely monitoring the different production areas such as: line, cooling, drying, drilling, inspection system, printing, winder, and packaging. If any deviation is found, take immediate measures to resolve the anomaly.
  • Consistently check that the shift forms and databases are being filled out correctly in the different areas and according to the established plan.
  • At the end of the shift and considering the incidents of the shift, prepare the corresponding production report.
  • Efficiently plan with your team members all shift activities, including order changes, product changes, and planned line stoppages. Minimize downtime as much as possible, being aware of any deviation in equipment operation/maintenance.
  • If a problem occurs during the shift, carry out the initial evaluation and repair it, if it can be repaired with the resources of the shift. If it is a major repair, immediately contact the maintenance manager and/or plant manager by telephone to coordinate activities.
  • Maintain an excellent attitude toward safety and promote this attitude with your team members.
  • Coordinate your team's attendance at work, planning leave and vacations in advance.
  • Report payroll to the human resources area weekly.

Job qualifications/requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar position within a Plastic Extrusion Facility in any GCC countries.

You will be the strategic legal point covering the legal affairs of Commodity Insights business in Middle East and North Africa. The TETRA Engineer will report to Head of Care Management and Field Support as line manager and report to Project Manager as functional management.

Job Summary:

  • TETRA Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the inventory, installation, configuration (software and hardware), pre-testing, witness testing, commissioning, integration and maintenance activities undertaken are accurate, planned and carried out in line with standard processes.

  • The role of Tetra engineer evolves from the Design, Procurement, Implementation, commissioning to maintenance activities according to industry and customer standards.

  • TETRA Engineer is accountable for Tetra Infrastructure, Terminals, and associated TETRA peripherals, plus to E1/IP Switches, Routers, and Voice Recorders, RF/ low voltage test equipment , ..

Responsibilities:

  • Perform site surveys, engineering analysis, and planning studies required to complete a successful Roll-Out

  • Prepare and determine material take-off /BOQ/BOM and equipment/material selection.
