Duties

The incumbent serves as Office Manager for a federal law enforcement agency charged with conducting criminal investigations and national security activities and performs broad-ranging administrative functions to relieve superiors of routine details. Responsible for administration and financial management of NCIS' resources and activities, including budget preparation and reporting. Furnishes a wide range of senior office administration management and reports directly to the NICS Resident Agent in Charge (RAC). Responsible for procurement of contracts and supplies, computer network management, shipping and travel coordination and arrangements, personnel, and maintenance management for residential and official furnishings. Provides program support through logistics and procurement. Incumbent will represent NCIS during meetings with other low and mid-level representatives from other US Consulate and US Embassy sections and organizations.
