Job Description

Job Duties will include:-

- Day-to-day processing of redemption request.
- Coordination of reward fulfilment logistics and supply demand.
- Reconciliation of order for billing.
- Processing of supplier invoice.
- Ensure that member enquiries are responded to and actioned promptly.
- Responsible for actioning redemption requests.
- Resolve difficult customer issues that arise or escalate complaints to the Operation Supervisor.
- Coach and educate members on the value-add products, such as overall benefits of the program.
- Complete general customer administration tasks and follow-up on customer enquiries.
