Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Directly coordinates with HR Manager for HR-related tasks including drafting of policies and procedures, recruitment of staff and communicates directly with HR staffing solutions when required.

Process visas and work permit applications for employees through Jafza portal as well as coordinate other documentations related to Jafza rules and regulations in concurrence with UAE Labour Law.

Serves as point of contact for clients, corporate lawyer and higher management for task-related work.
Provide timely and correct information on attendance, staff leaves, training courses and other requests from staff and head office.

Directly coordinates with accounts for payroll preparations and other employee-related expenses.
Keep company policies and procedures updated and disseminate information as required.

Handling telephone calls and responsible for reception area.
Responsible for day-to-day operations, providing administrative, secretarial and technical support to the C.E.O, Sales Operation, and Projects Teams.

Drafting correspondence and reports, filing up and preparing other secretarial tasks.
Setting up of general meetings, taking up of the minutes, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements for the Regional Manager and other office staff.

Handling of petty cash and routinely ordering office supplies/ stationery and managing bank folders.
