1. Ensure presentations are completed.
2. Ensure that all follow up processes and activities are accomplished according to VAG standards.
3. Manage each team members stage metrics (pipeline).
4. Mentor and manage team members to successfully close business.
5. Actively monitor, create, and send all reports regarding team metrics.
6. Assist in HR activities as needed in regards to team members with strict adherence to the HR personnel policies and enforcing these for team members.
7. Train new team members according to VAG requirements.
8. Maintain and create a positive and energetic work environment.
9. Help team members organize time management.
10. Must be able to perform all tasks required by team members.
11. Active communication with the VP of Sales and cross functional group.
