1. Knowledge of ready mix concrete and/or cement industry is a must.
2. Must be well versed in the concrete and construction industry specially with regards to concrete raw material additives.
3. Serves as a technical specialist and has knowledge and skill set to provide consultation and guidance to the sales team.
4. Proven record of interaction with consultants (architects and engineers).
5. Familiarity with generating product specifications – concrete mix ratios incorporating concrete fibers.
6. Is externally recognized in the Construction industry as an expert who could promote the product and willing to stay ahead of the industry in fiber products and technology.
7. Willing to participate and conduct product specification talks in conventions and trade shows, client meetings and conduct product related training to sales staff and resellers/distributors.
