Job Description



- Server installation, configuration and Maintenance of Network Management System (NMS)
- Trouble shouting of Server based NMS systems
- Follow up Service Layer Agreement (SLA)
- Remote diagnostics and Technical support.
- Promotion and presentation of Technical solution/systems.
- Understand the customer demand, evaluate the requirement/tender specification and prepare proposal/offer.
- influence tender specification by submitting the specification of preferred solution/systems.
- Support partners, integrators, main bidders and End-customers.
- Perform Presentation and Customer Training.
- Perform the demo/test systems and assist Field trial by customer.
