Experience
Minimum BSCS/BSIS degree
3-4 years of Java development experience in a J2EE or J2SE
Experience in Systems Analysis and Design
Should be able to display proficiency in developing client-server applications using Hibernate, Struts,
Java Programming
Strong experience in multithreading, Performance Tuning, Code review, debugging and Trouble
Shooting Applications
Technical Skills:
2/3 tier architecture, OOP and UML
Knowledge and experience with: HTML/XHTML and XML namespaces
Android development knowledge will be a plus
