6+years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
Good working Experience of managing ERP Implementation Projects.
PMP Certification is required.
Bilingual Capabilities would be considered as added value.
Strong familiarity with project management software, such as MS Projects, Primavera.
Possesses Good understanding in the areas of Oracle ERP Applications, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Hyperion budgeting and planning and Oracle Database and Development tools.
Ability to Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Ability to identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customers.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Facilitates project meetings effectively.
Holds regular status meetings with project team.
Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
