Stock control - products, accessories and working material forecast stock requirements and ensure the POS is stocked at all times;
Monitor and keep the product showroom spaces with latest products, ensuring labels are properly placed, products are well organized and that the area is clean at high standard;
Ensure security is not breached by not leaving open drawers, cabinets, doors or any type of lockable partition;
Personalized and adequate customer approach;
Keep up to date with the products specifications and utilize such knowledge to better advise customers and sales team;
Manage customer satisfaction by ensure politeness, friendly attitude and assertiveness when dealing with customer complaints;
Ensure the sales assistants are maintaining AOC image by wearing adequate and clean uniform, identification and perform their responsibilities at standard;
Guide and advise sales assistants towards their best performance to promote excellence in customer service;
Process payments and sales, keeping them recorded in ERP system solution;
Report any issues with POS, products or stock that occur or anticipate issues in time avoiding them to happen;
Ensure all IT equipment is working properly and report any failures;
Issue sales reports and present them to the superiors;
Give input and suggestions on how to improve the POS processes and increase sales;
Reach and/or surpass sales targets.
