2 years prior experience in either Visual merchandising or interior decoration .
Sketching designs and developing floor plans, make the most of the space available
Self -motivated and highly organized
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team, or independently with little direct supervision
Be creative, imaginative and energetic
Working with other members of the design, marketing and buying team to develop themes and color schemes for displays - for example Ramadan, Spring/Summer, sales and special promotions
Visiting branches to train and brief staff on arranging displays.
