Job Description

Sales Management provides direction and leads the store in all aspects of sales; develops store-initiated strategies, marketing programs and events to increase area sales to attain profitability goals; and develops as well as clearly communicates operating goals and objectives of the store, recommending procedures to enhance operations.

People Management - provides leadership, motivation and performance reviews to sales personnel ensuring continual high performance; ensures that proper selection of the most qualified candidate is done having the right people at the right job at the right time; and creates a positive working environment for retention.

Customer Service - develops strategies that will focus on customer acquisition, maintenance and retention to maintain high level of customer satisfaction; and maintain good customer relation, especially with the VIP customers.

Inventory Management - monitors and controls aging inventory and recommends proper action plans for slow and fast moving merchandise.

Visual Merchandising - sets the tone and leads the stores culture, imbibes and communicates merchandise philosophy and principles to ensure upholding the store and products image standards; and ensures visual displays are in compliance to safety measures and standards.
