Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for fast and smooth flow of Service Operations;
Job includes hardware support on HP products such as Notebooks, desktops PC. LCD monitor and projector;
Attend to day to day inquiry of clients and staffs;
Part of the professionally qualified technical support staff;
Involved in Local Area Network installation, configuration;
Troubleshoot basic LAN problems;
Worked on computer Hardware installation, trouble shooting, servicing ,and maintenance;
Handling Software installation, Trouble shooting, and maintenance;
Handling Monitor repair Such as Samsung Lcd, Viewsonic,Eizo,Ibm,Hp,Compaq;
Datamini and Dts, Buffalo Terastation/Buffalo Drives;
Handle Nec laptop,hp pavilion, Samsung notebook,Acer notebook;Lenovo notebook
