More than one million business travelers around the world use iBAHN''s secure broadband services each month. iBAHN provides services to over 2,100 hotels and meeting and conference venues in 24 countries around the globe. iBAHN is headquartered in Salt Lake City, with additional offices in North America and Europe.

iBAHN opened a Middle East office in early 2007 and has several hotels under contract. They are looking to expand both the footprint and the services offered to our customers and conference organisers in the Middle East.

They are seeking the services of an Account Manager.
Job Description :

This role is to provide Account Management to our existing customer base, as well as to deliver technology solutions for conferences and events in the region in new locations. The role will also be responsible for finding new locations and event customers.
The person will form part of a small team in the region and will be expected to have a hands-on and can-do attitude.

Duties will include :

- Day to day account management of customer base
- Deliver training into hotels
- Customer reporting
- Conference sales and delivery management
- Develop relationships with major hotels, groups, brands and owners within region
- Revenue and profit responsibility for customer base
- Develop Enterprise Conference Solutions (ECS) business in region
- Find, approach and develop relationships with corporate customers for events
- Find, approach and develop relationships with meeting planners for events
- Creating and delivering technical sales proposals for events
- Revenue and profitability accountability for ECS in region
- Assist with new sales
- Customer reporting

Skills required :

Good knowledge of hospitality market in UAE and ME
English language
Account Management skills
Sales skills
Technical sales ability
Basic network skills, inc WAN, LAN, VOIP, WLAN, VLAN etc
Microsoft office skills

Skills preferred but not essential :

Arabic language skills
Another European language
IP TV / digital VOD knowledge
AV and/or meetings/events knowledge
