Education Specialist
The main responsibility of the position is to design an informal effective education model that focuses on the national need to improve students literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
Develop an educational program addressing literacy, numeracy and life skills, including programs frame work, learning outcomes, teaching technique, pre- post evaluation tools.
Participate in developing projects implementation plan, identifying targets and detailed activities to be achieved.
Build the capacity of project team members to enable them to carry on programs activities.
Monitor the implementation of the program and regularly report on progress.
Improve the program impact based on evaluation results.
