Job Description

Key Accountabilities:
Follow up material order
Monitor progress and incorporate the new information at site
Approve of shop drawing & material
Issue request for information if required
Attend progress meetings
Maintain the quality of work with the Quality Control Engineer
Follow the programme of work
Prepare daily manpower report, activity report and weekly progress report
Implement Quality Management System requirements and insure customer satisfaction
Maintain Quality Record in orderly and accessible manner
Ensure achievement of Quality objective related to his section/ department or unit.
Formation of the project team
Identification & engagement of resources required for the project team
Preparation of Program of Works
Managing the Project through the Project/Operational Readiness Review
Achievement of the delivery date
Responsible for issuance of correct information concerning works progress for monthly payment applications to contracts department and ensure submittal and subsequent payment certification.
