This role reports directly to the Director of Customer Support.
Responsible for commercial activities and meeting the business objectives related to smaller IRCs and strategic plan for AWP and TMH in the MEA region specifically UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and other Middle Eastern territories where applicable
Achieve revenue, units and profit margin as per the business plan in accordance to our systems and procedures.
Provide additional focus and development into Market share capture specifically in Access <50 and Scissor/Industrial share within territory
Forecast accurately business. customer and competitor activity
Assist and in the selection, implementation and development of a dealer network for JLG in the region and develop and promote excellence in existing distribution
Develop and Implement region specific strategic plan to meet the company wide objectives via contribution within territory
Forecast preparation for region, consolidation and submission through normal SIOP process
Additional assistance to senior sales team with preparation and consolidation of MEA forecast, CRM management and reporting into EAME headquarters/Corporate
Lead role in the provision and communication of feedback from network of New Product Development requirements and market trends within territory
