Job Description



A. Marketing Strategy:
To ensure that countries across the region have in place high quality customer (B2G and B2B) communication plans (inc. advertising, case studies, magazines, sponsorships, events, media relations etc) to promote the reputation of the group and to support sales efforts for new business generation in key sectors.
Build excellent relationships with the countries and key stakeholders to support in developing and execute campaigns that will drive lead generation, acquisition, retention and cross-selling opportunities with other parts of the region and group.
Support in developing and implement multi-country or regional customer communications strategies where appropriate.
Support in developing marketing plans for launch of new products and services.
Ensure marketing material reflect the company brand, capabilities and our values.

B. Market Research and Analysis:
Coordinate market and sector analysis in relation to specific products/services/projects within the region.
Coordinate customer satisfaction research and feedback within the region.

C. Communications Strategy:
Understand the current views and perceptions of key stakeholders and support in developing communication strategies to positively influence their opinions and behaviours in line with the Groups values and the delivery of strategy across the region.

D. Employee Communications:
Ensure that businesses across the region have effective employee communications strategies in place across the divisions.
Support in developing and implement multi-country or regional employee communications strategies where appropriate (could include divisional management conferences and events).

E. Business to Government:
Coordinate and actively support B2G communications regarding the following areas:
Influence key stakeholders in the government and trade associations in the region in order to build the Companys reputation as the leader in the industry amongst key public affairs audiences.
Ensure that the countries play a key role in business and trade bodies across the region to shape industry thinking, promote the reputation of the group and to position the company as a thought leader in key business areas (e.g. cash outsourcing, oil & gas, ports, aviation, retail, justice outsourcing, mining etc).

F. Media Relations:
Build relationships with key journalist and media outlets in the region.
Maximise positive media coverage achieved across the region in order to contribute to developing and maintaining the reputation of the group with key audiences.
Support in crisis management programmes to negate potential negative media coverage of the company across the region.

G. Digital Communications:
Coordinate the delivery of the digital communications strategy across the region to ensure that businesses make the best use of technology for key marketing and stakeholder communications activities (e.g. country website & intranet development, social media and online marketing).
Develop region-wide digital communications (e.g. intranet) where appropriate.

H. CSR:
Coordinate and support in promoting regional and group programmes across the region including community support and investment programme and Climate Action Programme.
