The Responsibilities of the Role include:
1. Listing Properties and completing procedural paperwork
2. Appraise property or properties using local comparisons
3. Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price
4. Create and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers for future purchases and transactions
5. Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer, seller, tenant or landlord
6. Servicing Buyers, Tenants, Sellers and Landlords
7. Conducting viewings and appraisals
8. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, tenants and landlords over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales
9. Cross Selling the services of other companies under the Smith & Ken Group
