Job Description


As a Business Development Manager, you will manage and grow the business in given region.
1. The role will focus on formulating business development and sales strategies, implementing sales methodologies, managing a pipeline, forecasting revenues and maintaining the key customer relationship.
2. Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing business deals.
3. Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business.
4. Delivering and exceeding challenging quota-based quarterly Sales revenues.
5. Developing a healthy pipeline of prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed.
6. Maintaining contact and opportunity information completely, accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Prospecting to establish new accounts and extending business in existing accounts.
8. Attending and represent at various business and industry meetings and trade shows.
