Salary will depend on the qualifications our Client is looking for. Priority is candidates who can join immediately.
1. To follow and complete any instructions given to you by the Manager or any senior member of staff.
2. To demonstrate respect to management and staff while addressing them.
3. Help to ensure the smooth running of all guests requirements and Standards
4. To implement policies and systems as required under the guidance of the management
5. To ensure hot beverages are served by Hotel Standards and in the required time.
6. To effectively manage your Staff time and productivity whilst at work
7. To ensure that all the elements are present in order to secure a smooth and efficient service.
8. To use the guests name whenever possible, in accordance with the Hotel Standards.
9. To train new waiting staff
10. Assign opening and closing duties.
11. To carry out additional tasks as instructed and by reasonable request from the senior team.
